Zucchini
400g ground beef
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of crushed tomatoes
Spices
Frying oil of your choice (i used olive oil)
The zucchini noodles are really good and healthy substitution for actual noodles. For the zoodles, all you need to do is peel the zucchini with the peeler and make little zoodles as thin as you can make. Later you just fry them on a pan with little bit of oil. Be careful because if they are really thin they do not need much frying.
To make the chilli looking sauce you first fry the beef and add spices, then when the beef is ready you add beans and tomatoes and also i suggest you add little salt and pepper, because the tomatoes need little salt and pepper. After you have add everything you just fry/boil the sauce and voila.
Now all you have to do is start eating and be ready to be amazed how good this super easy dish is. Plus it is also not expensive, more so a student friendly healthy dinner option.
