i am soo sad that we have had no change to bbq or grill this spring. It is the most crucial thing for Estonian to grill right when the snow starts to melt and this year i can't do that because i live in an apartment building with old people and i could only imagine where it would lead if i would bbq on my second floor balcony.
To fill this cap my wonderful boyfriend has made me some burgers instead. He is like the master of burgers. And even though these are made on the frying pan i still think they are delicious, however he did insist me to write here why we fry them on the pan and not on grill (something to do with being real Texannnnnnnnnnnnn, Yihhaaaaaaa Bonanza) (i know i know it does not take place in Texas).

Anyway the way my master chef makes the burgers is really easy. You do not need nothing besides ground beef and spices. You make little patties and voila. After you have managed to find yourself your master chef from Texas you are ready to make the burgers and choose whatever you want to put in-between. Usually we just use salad leaves instead of bread but on some special occasions we sometimes use bread as well. Anyway here are some pictures of our burgers.
