Heyyyyyy,
This is my first blog post about my life, so i thought to share a good healthy food recipe with you guys. So overall these are the ingredients:
2 big onions (or in my case i added like 6 tiny ones)
1 can salted mushrooms (choose the ones you like, i had horse mushrooms)
6 big carrots
3 medium tomatoes
500g ground pork (or just pork chop slices)
1 zucchini
spices (i used maggie spice mix for stew, you can use just salt and pepper)
oil
if needed water for the stew
I chopped all the veggies to slices and then first fried the meat with onion slices until it was brownishh. After that i added other veggies and fried some more. If you want you can just skip the part where i fried other veggies and just put everything to a pot after the meat is fried and let it sit on a medium heat until the carrots aren't crunchy.
This kind of dish is just soo freaking easy to make and i can eat that for lunch and dinner. For example with just plain fried chicken i get tired of eating it like twice a day but with this stew u can make it with different ingredients and enjoy it as many times in day as u wish.
