So over this past year i have learned to love all sorts of veggies like they are sooo good and delicious. When i go to store i literally wanna buy all of them and make something yummy. The only problem is they are over priced.... but i am lucky my granny has a huge veggie garden, she grows there peppers, tomatos, cucambers, dill, fruts, berrys, mint and the list goes on and on. Overall i am sooo thankful for my grandparents.
Soo i have been going to gym for some time now... and guess what some people can be really annoying. I would therefore label them as:
1) girls who are looking for a new boyfriend guy friend (you recognize them by heavy makeup and they are probably not sweating). 2) guys who won’t stop clinking their weights, yes yes i am talking about the ones who are doing their shoulder exercises by raising them up and then clinking them together... all you hear is clink, clink and its really painful if you forgot your headphones home. 3) then there are the ones who freaking drop everything and make a lot of noise, they probably can raise the bar once and then just drop it on the floor. And i am there like wtf, if you cant raise it and set it on the floor quietly like the rest of us, then you shouldn’t use soo heavy weight on it.Soo Please choose the right weight on yourself,, going heavy and then dropping it makes you just look like the biggest douche bag. 4) people who use 4 or more machines together and you just stand there life wtf can i use some as well? 5)people who try to sell you some supplement, i mean yes yes its nice that you eat healthy but i am here to work out not hear about your amazing weight loss medicine (but if you leave your number i might call you afterwards, when i am done with my work out) Soo today i was craving something really meaty but still healthy. I went to store and came home with ground turkey and zucchini and decided to make some CUTLETS. For the cutlets you need : 400g ground meat (turkey, chicken, pork, beef) 1 small zucchini 2 eggs 1 small onion salt pepper oil You have to grate the zucchini, chop the onion. Mix everything together in a bowl and fry the cutlets on a pan. Voila !!! Now you have about 10-12 cutlets. Basically it is a good recipe since instead of zucchini you can add carrots or beetroot.... Soo i hope you enjoy those as much as i did. Sooo good!!!
So this is one of my favourite recipe since pizza is my absolute favourite dish, but trying to eat healthy i cant eat it when ever i want, but i found a good alternative. Yes yes tastes like ordinary pizza but without flour. For the pizza dough: 1 smaller cauliflower almonds 2-3 eggs salt pepper For the toppings: cheese tomato sauce ground chicken salami garlic (Add whatever you like) You can also add onion and garlic....I just blend the cauliflower and almonds, added eggs and spices (it has to look like a dough).Then bake the dough about 20 min in 200 Celsius. After the dough is precooked i add there whatever i like, this time i added some ketchup (yes yes i know bad sugars, but all the freakin tomato sauces have sugar in,...mean if you don’t do one yourself), ground chicken (i fried it before), salami, tomatoes and cheese and topped it with garlic.... Sooo i have always wondered why especially girls wear make up in the gym... i mean for me it's a place for hard work i don’t have to look pretty i want to have gains and not worry about my make up or looking like a panda bear. I mean come on its not useful or not even pretty. Literally i assume that you are there just to socialize while most of us are there to get in shape. I think it's not fair for us when you come in the gym and start texting or just chitchat with your girls. Soo please leave your social life home and make some progress in the gym. Because that is how people actually look in the gym, at least the ones who want gains.
Sooo after a loooooooooooooooong week i needed some fun time. I have had some problems... nono not with gym or eating,,, more sooo other things, but that’s an other story. Soo going out with my friend, she lives in a weird part of the city.... First we walked to bus stop and i saw a boy - about 7 yr old asking everybody to buy cigarettes... the story was that he needed those for his dad... even though there was like a group of kids waiting him in the bushes.... soo he approached us and of course we said no right... Then come like some girl and older lady... i assume it was her mom,,, but god knows... and the boy approached them and guess what she is going to buy... My friend walked up to her and said that she hopes that they are not buying cigarettes for a kid. Meanwhile she also called the police... but like always they didn’t get there on time. That lady still bought them cigarettes and went behind the bushes to deliver.. my friend stalked them, but when the kid got the cigarettes he ran away.. I mean WTF is wrong with our society??
Okey getting over our the last situation we went on a bus to head to towndown right... On the bus we there were like 15 yr old boys drinking long drinks just out in the public and in another corner two hookers showing almost their privet parts... (we assumed they were hookers because their clothing was really matching their lifestyle). On our way to downtown there was a turn to highway and somebody’s car had died, since i had a pretty shitty week it was pretty hilarious and i waved him... like noo offence it wasn’t mean waving. Just on that moment i felt that life is hilarious and doesn’t have to be stressful. Heyoooooo
So today i was in the gym for an hour and half. First half i did some cardio on a bike the other hour i did some chest exercises and to be honest my thoughts were somewhere else and today at the gym wasn’t my best performance. But i am pretty excited for the night i am gonna try to make cauliflower and smoked cheese soup. Yesterday i thought i came up with and awesome smoothie recipe but oohh jeeez was i wrong or what. Soo i added milk, spnach, kiwi and protein in a blender. Everything looked ooh yummyumm but oohh the taste was soo bitter and funky like acid. Soo i googled it after i hade drunk the most of it and ohohoho apparently kiwi and cow milk don’t go well together, because kiwi has some sort of acid in it that starts to break protein. After that my stomach was all bubbly and looked like i was like 4 months pregnant. Sooo i dont recommend anybody to try kiwi and milk together if you don’t want stomach problems. Over this past year i finally admit i am adicted to protein, but not just to any protein. There is soo many different ones and oohh let's not even talk about the taste variety. For example my first protein buy was total failure, i bought FitMax protein with cappuccino flavor.... sounds good right......WRONG. It tasted nothing like coffee, even when i put some more it was still like blahhhhhhh. Basically it tasted too water and tasteless and didn’t do me any good since protein shakes are mostly my sweets resource because i try to consume less candy and chocolate. Over the courses of trying different protein flavors i think i finally found The one - cookies and cream, that protein is soo yummy. I recommend it to everybody honestly (Hera80 cookies and cream is the s***). I have also tried FitMax strawberry and Strawberry block. The first one i didnt like since it tastest like smth thats produced in factory, nothing to do with strawberrys the last one is really good, mixing it with milk and you have yourself a strawberry milk. But overall my tastebuds tingle with the cookies and cream one and my sugar addiciton is sadisfied with that flavor. Here are some pictures of my latest shopping finds. I am also pretty excited over protein muffin and pancake powders (mixes). Can not wait to try those. Oooh and let's not forget the protein HOT COCO, yes you heard me right there is such thing. So next time you go shopping keep your eyes open because protein is everywhere !!!

This is my first blog post about my life, so i thought to share a good healthy food recipe with you guys. So overall these are the ingredients: 2 big onions (or in my case i added like 6 tiny ones) 1 can salted mushrooms (choose the ones you like, i had horse mushrooms) 6 big carrots 3 medium tomatoes 500g ground pork (or just pork chop slices) 1 zucchini spices (i used maggie spice mix for stew, you can use just salt and pepper) oil if needed water for the stew I chopped all the veggies to slices and then first fried the meat with onion slices until it was brownishh. After that i added other veggies and fried some more. If you want you can just skip the part where i fried other veggies and just put everything to a pot after the meat is fried and let it sit on a medium heat until the carrots aren't crunchy. This kind of dish is just soo freaking easy to make and i can eat that for lunch and dinner. For example with just plain fried chicken i get tired of eating it like twice a day but with this stew u can make it with different ingredients and enjoy it as many times in day as u wish. |
