I made curry, but not with chicken. I made it with beef and veggies. It was sooo yummy. Soo i added beef, curry spices and veggie sphagetti. Yessss noooo actual pasta just veggies and it was sooooo delicious. I still have some leftover and i cant wait to eat it again. Here is a picture of my awesomeness.

Me and my gym
I do have a gymplan,,, i guess you can say its a workout plan. I do legs and arms twice a week and back, shoulders and chest (boobiesssss) once. Sometimes it dosent work out like that - like last week i was sick, actually i still am, so i didnt go to gym everyday and now when i am back after sickness i am not going my hardest. I still feel weak, just a bit and the saddest part is that i feel like i lost some of my strenght. Like today i was doing arms and the usual weight was too much.To be honest i like weights more then cardio but i have learned to love it as well. At home i actually have two cardio machines - one is eliptical and the other is just regular bike. I think the pluses for having those machines at home are that i can use those and just watch my series and lose calories. When i started i went to gym only three times a week, then later on i went 5 and now i try to go to 7. It is really awesome to see the changes on weights and compare were you where when you once started and where you are now,,,, it just makes my heart jump out of happiness. Soo for me school as never ever been hard or difficult...it was like that in gymnasium(high school) and it was like that in bachelor. Soo now being away from it for a year its pretty weird.... i was reading my theses and i was soo dissapointed in myself,,, i could have done sooo much better,,, really. Soo when i started school this year i was in a identity crises. i did not know what to do and what are my plans for my master theses. Soo now i have been in school for a month and i start feel settled finally and my crises is gone.. i guess that was the reason why i havent posted sooo often, but i promise to change it.

soooo i love oatmeal.... its overly delicious food. You can make almost everything with it. Soo to not get tired of just porridge. I made breakfast cookies. I had oatmeal, honey, diced almonds and eggs (on a note maybe i should have added banana but oo well i didnt have it then). I mixed everything together and baked it about 20-30 min. While it was baking i discover that my dough dosent stick to oatmeal and almonds. Sooo what came out was almost like a oatmealcake. Still overly deliciousssssss. I reccomend everybody to try out new things and just put ingridients together. ill add some picc tomorrow. Sooo i made those overnight oats that everybody are so amazed about and let me tell you i dont think they were what i excpected. I really looked forward to make them and more so eat them but well mine were just like wet oatmeal that has been soking in the liquid. I coulndt even finish the all thing. Soo today i was like jeeezz ill finish it but then i had like eureka moment and what i did is i took a glass and added my 'wet oats' on the bottom, on the top i made a smoothie with banana and sea-buckthorne juice. To make it prettier i added some seeds, inka berrys and muesli. To be honest now i kind of get the fuzz and it was amazing, but just wet oat meal is kind of blahhhh eventhoough i added protein powder.
One of my earlier post i wrote how some people are annoying in th gym, to avoid them i always wear headphones because the clink clink just gets m off the track. I mostly listen to songs that are fast and with a good beat. Sometimes i catch myself from singing along and doing some dance moves. Soo if you see me dancing its not because i am a bit mentally disturbed its just because my beat kicked in.
I was just making a soup and i figured that blenders are such an awesome machines. I know it sounds like i am such a blonde but really like i made puree soup with cauliflower and omg how blender makes my life soooo effinnnn easy. Like literally if you own one all the smoothie and soup and what soo ever recipes are possible and sooooooo freaking easy. BUT dont buy the cheapest one, we have one with glass jug and it is really good, but before that we had one with plastic and i think it was all fancy philips brand. Well i guess you can figure it didnt last us for long, in its endphase it didnt even blend banana.
Since i just like to post here good recipes here is one with cauliflower 800g cauliflower 200g cream cheese 2 carrots 2 garlic cloves 2 broth cubes (bullion?) some water and oil 1 onion (if you dont have it, its no biggie) basically chop everything and then fry a bit (i smashed garlic cloves), then put them in a bowl and add water and broth cubes and let it boil until carrots and cauliflower is soft or smushy. Then add cream cheese and blend everything together. You can top it with some parmesan cheese and Voila !!! Be prepared that its a lot of soup and if you live alone you can probablu munch on it for a week or at least 2-3 days, depending how many meals you eat and how big portions you have. |
