Almost more than a year ago i started my health journey. It was not an easy road and right now i am still on this journey but i wanted to share it with you since i know there is a lot people struggling with the same problem. It is pretty easy to forget healthy eating and drown yourself in all the fast food deliciousness. I mean i was not the person who had a burger for every meal but i did not eat healthy either. I have learned that my biggest love is just plain old sandwich, i have loved it since i was a kid. I mean there is nothing better than fresh bread, salty butter and cheese, you probably started to think about it now and that is okay i did too. Anyway back to the track, i was just not looking what i was eating but more so i was not moving myself enough and i got to the point where i was not happy about myself. Luckily i had help and people who would push me when i was down. I think once you have a habit of being healthy it just kind of works into your life and makes you happy. Plus think about all the pretty selfies you can take :)
Soo what did i change?
First of all i just started to work out like a crazy animal. I did not go to the group trainings because i am not a big fan (that does not mean you shouldn't). I just found myself a lot of ways to start being active. I went to the gym and started weight training plus some cardio. I also did not like cardio at first but now i love it (i am not going to lie i still hate treadmill but there are sooooo many more machines). I think my favourite cardio machines are the stairs one (climb the stairs) and the wave (this is the one where you float).
Soo what did i change?

Keep in mind that the more you move the more calories and other bad stuff you burn. I guess first i was pretty disappointed since there was not a big drop on my weight but more soo my woobly stuff turned into little muscle cuts here and there. I mean yes it is good to see your scale number dropping but i have also found out that it is sooo cool to see those little muscle cuts forming on your body. And this is here for everybody who is afrid to work out in the gym because you get a BIG BUTT. Noo you do not get a big butt, you just form it into little nice round one and come on guys it does look way better than a flat butt ;)
The second think that i did was changing my diet. You have probably heard that saying abs are made in the kitchen and is true. I think the most important thing that i changed was increasing my protein intake and cutting out bad carbs. i mean don't get me wrong i still eat some bad stuff on my cheat days. Yes you heard me right you do not have to go 0 tolerance on the bad/good stuff. You get to have cheat meals or days. I think with cheat meals you appreciate that kind of food more, it is not for filling you up anymore it is for your taste buds and mm it does taste soo much better now. And the most important is that i do not feel guilty. Before i always felt guilty and thought about how fat one bite is going to make me but now i just get to enjoy it guilt free.
