Soo today i was craving something really meaty but still healthy. I went to store and came home with ground turkey and zucchini and decided to make some CUTLETS. For the cutlets you need :
400g ground meat (turkey, chicken, pork, beef)
1 small zucchini
2 eggs
1 small onion
salt
pepper
oil
You have to grate the zucchini, chop the onion. Mix everything together in a bowl and fry the cutlets on a pan.
Voila !!! Now you have about 10-12 cutlets.

Basically it is a good recipe since instead of zucchini you can add carrots or beetroot.... Soo i hope you enjoy those as much as i did. Sooo good!!!
