So this is one of my favourite recipe since pizza is my absolute favourite dish, but trying to eat healthy i cant eat it when ever i want, but i found a good alternative. Yes yes tastes like ordinary pizza but without flour.
For the pizza dough:
1 smaller cauliflower
almonds
2-3 eggs
salt
pepper
For the toppings:
cheese
tomato sauce
ground chicken
salami
garlic
(Add whatever you like)
You can also add onion and garlic....I just blend the cauliflower and almonds, added eggs and spices (it has to look like a dough).Then bake the dough about 20 min in 200 Celsius. After the dough is precooked i add there whatever i like, this time i added some ketchup (yes yes i know bad sugars, but all the freakin tomato sauces have sugar in,...mean if you don’t do one yourself), ground chicken (i fried it before), salami, tomatoes and cheese and topped it with garlic....
